  • Your ScubaHive booking ID or invoice number
  • The address of the website where you found a better rate (you will need to provide us with a link to the offer and must be online and available when we check)
  • Screenshot of the competitor website in which the package rates, availability and required dates for your stay are clearly indicated
  • Note that you do not need to make a booking on the other website, just show us the comparisons.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Our Price Guarantee applies to confirmed bookings only. You must provide us with your ScubaHive booking ID or invoice number in order to make a claim.
2. The following conditions must apply:
  • The offer must be from the same Service Provider
  • The offer must be for the same check-in and check-out dates
  • The offer must have the same terms, policies, and conditions
  • The offer must be available for confirmation at the time our team checks availability
3. The ā€œScubaHive Price Guaranteeā€ does not apply to reservations offering third-party loyalty programs, promotions, or unpublished rates such as:
  • The offer is part of a special promotion or packaged deal
  • The offer is part of a loyalty or rewards programme
  • Private rates
  • Rates that are not available to the general public, which includes corporate rates, group discounts, rates that require specific memberships, and any organizational with rates specific for a group of individuals and not meant for general public.
4. ScubaHive has the right and sole discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that it is the same Service Provider, same room type, same package type, and that it meets all terms, conditions, and claims processing requirements.
5. Our ā€œScubaHive Price Guaranteeā€ cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
6. ScubaHive reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the ā€œScubaHive Price Guaranteeā€ at any time.
