If you make a confirmed booking with Scubahive and find the same package offered at a lower price elsewhere within 48 hours, we’ll match or beat that rate, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Our goal is simple: to ensure you receive fair, transparent pricing without needing to compare multiple platforms on your own.

How to Make a Price Guarantee Claim

To submit a claim under the Scubahive Price Guarantee, please provide the following:

  • Your Scubahive booking ID or invoice number
  • The URL of the website where you found the lower rate (The offer must be publicly viewable and bookable at the time of review)
  • A screenshot clearly showing: Package details; Price; Availability; and Applicable dates

You are not required to make a booking on other website. A clear comparison is sufficient.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Scubahive Price Guarantee applies to confirmed bookings only.

You must provide a valid Scubahive booking ID or invoice number when submitting a claim.

2. Comparable Offer Requirements

The alternative offer must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Offered by the same Service Provider
  • For the same dates
  • Includes the same package or room type
  • Has identical terms, policies and conditions
  • Is available for confirmation at the time our team reviews the claim
  • Is priced in the sme currency and includes all applicable taxes, fees, and mandatory charges

3. Exclusions

The Scubahive Price Guarantee does not apply to offers that include:

  • Special promotions or bundled deals
  • Loyalty or rewards programme rates
  • Private or unpublished rates
  • Corporate, group, or member-exclusive rates
  • Rates not available to the general public

4. Claim Assessment

Scubahive reserves the sole discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including verification that:

  • The Service Provider is the same
  • The package, room type, or experience is equivalent
  • All eligibility criteria are met

Where applicable, any price adjustment may be applied as a price match, partial refund, or booking adjustment, at Scubahive’s discretion.

5. Combination with Other Offers

The Scubahive Price Guarantee cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

6. Amendments

Scubahive reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend, or discontinue the Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
